Shipping policy

 

When you order products on nutrabytes.com the prices for the shipment vary based on your location, your order value and the weight of the order.

If your order is over £25 you will receive FREE Shipping within the mainland United Kingdom.

Shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the most up to date courier and postal charges.

Items are delivered to the UK, through standard tracked service (3-5 working days). For items delivered internationally we use tracked courier services. Delivery timelines to international locations may vary from 5-17 business days depending upon the country.

Delivery dates are only estimates and Nutrabytes does not guarantee delivery within any such time and shall not be liable for any delay in delivery or performance. 

Please note that Nutrabytes do not dispatch on UK public holidays.  There potentially can be a backlog of orders after a holiday date resulting in your package to take an extra 1-2 days for delivery

 

NOTE FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE UK

IMPORTANT: IMPORT VAT, CUSTOM DUTIES AND ANY OTHER CHARGES LEVIED AT THE PORT OF ENTRY HAVE TO BE PAID DIRECTLY BY THE CUSTOMER. THESE ARE NOT INCLUDED WITHIN THE SHIPPING CHARGES LEVIED BY NUTRABYTES. THE SHIPPING CHARGES ONLY INCLUDES THE COST OF TRANSPORTATION OF GOODS FROM THE UK TO THE FOREIGN COUNTRY. THE CUSTOMERS (IMPORTERS) ARE ALSO RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LAWS, REGULATIONS OR REQUIREMENTS THAT NEED TO BE MET AT THE PORT OF ENTRY OF THE DESTINATION COUNTRY. IF FOR ANY RESASON THE GOODS ARE DENIED ENTRY INTO THE DESTINATION COUNTRY BY THE CUSTOM OR BORDER CONTROL AUTHORITIES OF THE DESTINATION COUNTRY, THEN ANY CHARGES FOR RE-EXPORT OR STORAGE WILL HAVE TO BE BORNE BY THE CUSTOMER AND NUTRABYTES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CHARGES. REFUNDS FOR THESE ADDITIOIONAL CHARGES WILL ALSO NOT BE OFFERED.

Customers outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes (including import VAT), which are levied once the order reaches the destination country. These charges will vary from country to country.  It is the responsibility of the customer to meet these charges at the port of entry. We are unable to cover any additional charges applied during customs clearance, these must be paid for at the customer’s obligation. Customs Duties and any charges levied by the authorities at the country of destination are payable by the customer.

The customer (or importer) is responsible for ensuring clearance of goods for entry into the destination country at the port of entry. Although, Nutrabytes will provide any assistance as requested by the Border Control or Custom authorities at the port of entry of the destination country, Nutrabytes bears no risk or responsibility for refusal of entry of these goods into the destination country by the importer's (or customers) government agencies, customs, border control or any other agency working for or acting on behalf of the destination country's government. 

Unfortunately, international shipping costs are non-refundable. This is applicable to consignments that are returned by the customer, courier, fail the customs clearance process or are rejected on delivery.
