Absolutely love this product

I have been using it for a few weeks now, and the results are really visible. My muscles are feeling much stronger after the gym workouts and recovery is also much quicker. My knee joints were quite painful, but even that pain is significantly reduced. I also feel a lot more energetic. Great product. Definitely recommend for both Pre-Gym and Post-Gym.

I've tried both this bovine and the marine collagen. Both are great, but i find the bovine helps with my joints in addition to my hair, nails, and skin. I've just bought 4 bottles in the black friday sale, all bottles dated 2027, so it's great to stock up when the offers are on.
