I have been using it for a few weeks now, and the results are really visible. My muscles are feeling much stronger after the gym workouts and recovery is also much quicker. My knee joints were quite painful, but even that pain is significantly reduced. I also feel a lot more energetic. Great product. Definitely recommend for both Pre-Gym and Post-Gym.
