I have been using this product for several months now. Not sure how I am supposed to feel but maybe a coincidence but my knee joints don’t hurt so much now - so will continue taking. It is tasteless and I use on my porridge, coffee or smoothie. I am nearly 78 so obviously need all the help I can get!!!

I started using this about 4 months ago and within a couple of weeks noticed my nails were starting to grow. I’ve never had long nails unless I’ve had false ones. My left hand nails have lines in them and split easily. Even they are stronger. To be able to wear polish and not worry about losing a nail is just incredible. I have to remind myself to put gloves on if I’m gardening as I’m not used to it! I’m a bit too old for much impact on my skin but I feel so much better and I’m told your nails are one of the first signs of general health so I’m certainly much healthier. Good price too. Time to order more!!
Been using this product for around 4 years now noticed the difference in skin and nails,didn’t realise the visible difference in my skin until recently renewed driving licence with present photo and the previous one from 10 years earlier the results were amazing when comparing the two photos

Having been recommended to try this as I was having trouble with my knees, I can say that since I started taking this, things have improved with my knees.
