Refund policy

1. Returns

Under UK & European Law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item within 14 (fourteen) days after the date the item is delivered. This applies to all items which are offered and purchased on this website. To withdraw from a purchase, you must notify us by email at support@nutrabytes.com of the problem within 14 days of the product being delivered. To exercise your right of withdrawal you must return the item in the same sealed and original condition in which it was delivered to you within a 14 day period after giving notice.  We regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of products where the item has been unsealed or / and if 14 days have gone by since your product was received.

To be eligible for a return, all returns must be in its original packaging, original seal must be unbroken and no damage to product as shipped. If the product is not in its original packaging we reserve the right to offer a partial refund only. We cannot accept items which have been opened and used.

We require proof of purchase to honour a refund or exchange. If you provide us your information when you check out, we will typically have a record of your purchase. Otherwise, we require a physical receipt as confirmation.

All costs associated with shipping these items back to us will need to be borne by the customer. We are not responsible for any shipping , postal or courier costs associated with returns.

If items are sent back to us without first requesting a return, we reserve the right to reject the returned item(s).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs, credit card fees (including any payment gateway fees), bank charges and handling costs are non-refundable. 

Once the item(s) have been posted / shipped, please inform us at support@nutrabytes.com with the tracking number.

2. Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us immediately at support@nutrabytes.com if the items you have received are damaged and/or are not as ordered by you.

 We will give you a full refund of the return charge, if you had to return the goods because of our mistake. These terms do not affect your legal statutory rights. 

3. Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept return of item(s) which have been opened, had their seal broken, used and/or are not in their original packaging. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

4. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

5. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Normally, refunds can take between 5-7 working days for these to be credited back to your bank account or card account.

Shipping Costs paid by you for the delivery of an order are non-refundable. Credit card fees (including any payment gateway fees), bank charges and handling costs are non-refundable. Once the returned goods have been received by us, we will inform you on email about the actual refund amount. This is non negotiable and our decision is final in terms of the refund amount.

If a delivery is unsuccessful by the courier or postal servicves company to the address provided as part of the order, then any refunds will be paid after deducting the cost of postage and shipping. There is a mandatory period of 14 days before any refunds for unsuccessful deliveries are processed. This is because there might be some delays in the processing and delivery of orders by the courier or postal companies (e.g. Royal Mail, DPD, EVRI, DHL, etc.) during peak holiday seasons (e.g. Christmas, New Year, Easter, etc.) or during severe weather conditions (e.g. Storms, Flooding, Hurricanes, Heavy Snowfall, etc).

If the customer returns the products because they subsequently changed their mind, we will deduct a further £10 for handling and shipping charges from the refund amount. Thit amount is for the cost of packaging, handling and postage costs.
