Bought these Biotin as I was having trouble with my nails which started with unusually harsh tips. Couldn't understand what was happening. A couple of weeks later they seemed to get better and now they're stronger than before.
However it didn't help fallout of my hair.
By the way I take a daily biotin pill. I am happy that something helped.
I'll probably buy Nutrabytes as this worked for me ❤️.
